Do U Trust anything a salesperson says?

I'm referring to the Pros....Especially Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Bankers, Lawyers, pretty much anyone in the housing industry... In my area it works like this: Call Bank for preapproval, Banker calls agent, tells her your income, how much he can sell U, past residence, Agent plays dumb, Agent only shows you crap listings until your in a jam (maybe selling or lease is up) then shows you stuff at the very top of your range swearing that's all that exist. When you talk to any of the parties involved, they in-turn tell all other parties the conversation, it never friggen ends...mine just told me the house I'm selling was hung up on the buyers 2008 tax returns coming from the IRS...turns out the guy was waiting for his tax Refund to make the DP... my lawyer even called to assure me of it as did the banker....I talked to the guy and it was all complete BS. I sold a guy a car last year that was a loan processor, he told me what the big boys do behind your back....it's maddening. Every time I say i'm not going to let it get to me...but it always does...I just told them I was not going to extend the contract to allow more time for them...Haha...no commission for all you losers. I'll sell the friggen thing myself!
