What are some hilariously random tv shows?

I've been watching tv on netflix lately (in mass; about 2-4 shows per day) and i've enjoyed 30 Rock and the office. Now i've watched all of those and i need something new to move onto. Something funny, random, has a basic plot, semi-inspiring (i.e. The office: i want to b a salesperson out of college ) and has a ton of already existing episodes. And no Disney or nick please! and do u have any movie suggestions while your at it? thanks so much
