What is a good way to learn Spanish fluently? Anyone know from experience?

It will take many years of hard work and constant exposure. Some say Spanish is easy.It isn't.The verbs alone have 14 tenses and may have 50-100 different words and vary with every pronoun.I have studied it for some 50 years.Right now in my old age I attend a Spanish church every Sunday.
