Wow, go away pleeeeeaase! Help ?

Under the skin pimple on chin . My face is clear except for that& I'm going somewhere in 3 days and I wasn't planning on wearing makeup... Please tell me how to get rid of it fast... I jus want it to go away.. It hurts so bad...PLEASE !
