How does Jamie Oliver communicate his passion and enthusiasm for food?

I'd describe his accent as horrible, Estuary English or "mockney". He's a posh rich kid putting on a plebby accent in order to try and appeal to "ordinary people" (i.e. people in the south east with a lot of money but limited education). He communicates his passion and enthusiasm for food by trying to move around a lot in case his attention-deficit-suffering audience get bored and turn over to watch Gok Wan on the other side. He also never washes his hands so I wouldn't eat anything he cooked.
