My relationship with my boyfriend whose already married?

Well I'm with this guy and he's married and has 4 kids but his wife and him is no longer together... She's in his country with his kids and he's living in new york now... I met him in my job at a deli store working together.. We became close and fell inlove and now live together for 6months almost seven.. Well he supports his kids by sending money every week... but no contact wit his wife .. Nothing wit her anymore.. And hasn't got divorced as yet because she's in mexico and he's here and seems impossible at the moment.. But I wanna know does he really love me or wanna settle wit me ? He spends a lot of time wit me .. No friends no drinking or smoking or going out.. And he works .. But expressing his affection is sumtimes hard .. He says he want to have a serious life wit me .. But its like I don't really no if he loves me ? I love him very much.. But. I don't no.. Sumtimes he's happy sumtimes no and I can't understand him.. I can tell u this much.. He's illegal in new york.. N he says he isn't wit me for my citizenship n how he can careless cause I told him it aint gonna happen.. N he doesn't even have a passport.. So he can't get his papers thru me.. But other than that do u think he has love for me ? I mean we go out a lot go to the park go out diners go out to the beach.. Make sweet love.. U no its nice.. But I hate the fact approcahing him for sex.. But he never refuses.. He never cheat as so far I no.. He doesn't even have a cell phone to cheat n all his friends no about me n his kids to .. Only his parents doesn't cause there in mexico n the phone line for them is not working.. He talks about a future wit me . Jus we fight over stupid things like him coming home 20mins late... I would accuse him.. I don't no y I have hard time trusting him.. He hasn't given me a reason not to trust him.. But I love him jus unsure if he loves me to although he says he does..
