Etiquette when asking things from salespeople?

Ask away, just ask politely! We love to help but we don't like to be pushed around or made to feel like your own private slave. Our job is to get you what you need, offer alternatives and get you to come back. Things we hate: people who are unkind because we work there, don't understand that out of stock is not our fault and that we don't make the prices ourselves.
