Life After Death Question...?

Okay so you know how the Bible says we live for eternity in heaven if we're good or an eternity in hell if we're bad. I cant fathom eternity, wen i start thinkin about it, my mind just boggles at the thought of it, and it jus freaks me out, is this normal? Have you ever thought to yourself this?
