How do i get water out of the screen of the env touch phone?

My phone was in my hand while i was standing up on the steps. and it got dipped into a salt water pool. I didn't dip the whole cell phone in there. it jus got a little wet so now the screen is black. It comes on and everything it's just that the screen is black. Is there anything i can do to get the screen on again?
