Infected ingrown hair or something else?

I have 3 bumps next to my pubic area. I've had one for about 6months now and my bf cut it open to reduce the swelling and it healed n shortly but now is a hard bump, like less than half an inch big, but now i have another bump that was an ingrown hair at one point and it was very very sensitive So I dint touch it. Now it's about an inch big and looks like a blood blister and is kinda sesitive. And another one is jus a small bump the size of a tip of a pinky finger. So my question is the BIG bump, how can I get rid of it safely?
