I JUST GOT GAUGES! :) PlEaSe HeLp?

I bought a 14g, 12g, and 10g, I jus put in the 14g, doesn't hurt really. How long should I wait till I put the 12g in? And can I take a shower tonight ? or go swimming ? Thank you :) Any other tips wouldbe useful
