II'm really struggling with the language here in the Philippines.?

Practice speaking tagalog in your house or tell your parents to talk to you in tagalog. Like when your parents ask you where you are you can answer them in tagalog say "nandito" which is the tagalog for "I'm here". Hope I helped because my favorite subject is Filipino.
